| Our Pro Staff for Jason Mitchell Elite Series Rods comprise some of the most experienced and avid anglers in the industry. This group of anglers are essential for designing superior rod designs for specific applications. When our Pro Staff tells us something… we listen. This process of designing, redesigning and testing these products until they perform to our standards is crucial for building such high quality fishing rods. Some of our Pro Staffers are fierce competitors on the FLW and PWT Walleye Tours. Other Pro Staffers are seasoned professional guides and charter captains. Many of our ice fishing rods were designed by legendary Trap Attack competitors, guides and obsessed ice fishing junkies who excelled at a specific niche or technique. Our goal was to build rods for them, to their specifications for a specific purpose. This quest has resulted in some of the best performing fishing rods on the market.

Tony Dean Tony Dean is host and producer of "Tony Dean Outdoors," a regional television show that airs across the upper Midwest. Tony also produces "Dakota Backroads", a daily radio show that airs across both Dakotas and portions of surrounding states. His TV and radio shows have won over 160 regional and national programming awards.Tony is a member of the North Dakota and National Freshwater Fishing Halls of Fame and has received numerous conservation awards at a local, state, regional and national level. |

Steve "Zippy" Dahl Steve "Zippy" Dahl is the leader of one of ice fishing’s most recognized winter guide services, the Perch Patrol. Steve has been featured on several television programs including Kent Hrbeck Outdoors, Ron Shara, Tony Dean Outdoors, Midwest Outdoors and Ultimate Outdoor Adventures. Jim Hudson Jim is a multi-species guide in Northern Wisconsin near Chaqumenon Bay and Ice Team Power Stick. Jim’s expertise ranges from inland crappie and blue gill to the lake trout, walleye and smallmouth bass on the big water. Terry Dvoracek Terry is a long time Ice Team Power Stick and past NAIFC Qualifier. Placing in the top ten in several Trap Attacks, Terry is an astute ice angler who has honed his ice fishing skills on the vast opportunities present in the Glacial Lakes Region of North East South Dakota. Terry is very comfortable fishing for anything from walleyes and perch to bluegills and crappie. |

Bud Faynor Bud Faynor is a legendary ice angler who is credited for pioneering many of the "tight lining" tactics that have originated out of Michigan. Bud has been featured in several ice fishing publications including: In-Fishermen Ice Guide and the Ice Team Annual. This Ice Team Power Stick has been a qualifier for the NAIFC for several years and has several top five Trap Attack finishes to his credit. Bud has been instrumental in designing the Jason Mitchell Elite Series "Tight Liner" 20M which will be available in the Fall of 2007. |

Ryan Hale Ryan Hale is a guide/resort owner on the Iowa Great Lakes chain of water. He has fished many hard and soft water tournaments, plus is the director for the annual Harbor View Resort ice tournament held in early Jan of each year. Ryan has done many live radio shows and has been featured in both The Iowa Sportsman and Iowa Game and Fish multiple times.
